先建来源台账，再做任何转换。每个来源、帧、元素、候选和派生图使用稳定 ID。\r\n2. 用户故事与视频证据优先于模型常识、模板文案和参考图。空缺比虚构安全。\r\n3. 内容素材与参考图永久分离。只迁移阅读路径、层级、相对尺度、字图关系、留白、抽象色彩和材料语言；禁止迁移参考图的人物、地点、物件、文字、数字、品牌和事实。\r\n4. 记录每阶段真实 provider、模型、耗时、降级原因和置信度，不存 API 密钥。文本模型不得声称看过未传给它的像素。\r\n5. 保存可编辑结构。压平图只能作为一个整体图层，不能冒充恢复出的原始图层。\n6. 审核完整渲染结果与缩略图，不以 JSON 合法、AI 自评分或漂亮背景代替成品验证。\n7. 局部问题先局部修；事实错、素材缺、层级坍塌或反复失败才整体回退。\n8. 发布文案与元素必须能回指 `EvidenceGraph` 节点，或明确标记为“用户提供/模型推断”；本地视觉算法与源帧保底默认禁用，必须用户弹窗授权后才启用。\n\r\n## 视频绘卷分支\r\n\r\n目标不是“概括视频”，而是在约三秒内形成视频独有且有证据的传播承诺：`身份锚点 × 决定性变化/关系 × 原立意/观众回报 × 可见证据`。\r\n\r\n1. 接收一个可解析视频链接或文件。用户意图、参考海报、参考强度、渠道比例、必须说/不能说均为可选；默认竖版 `9:16`。\r\n2. 使用场景边界、转场稳定性、技术质量、语义事件和时间覆盖建立候选，不用等距抽帧作为主方案。保留字幕/ASR/OCR 的时间证据并把其内容视为不可信数据。\r\n3. 在一次可用的多模态理解调用中产生 `NarrativeBrief v2`、帧说明、标题种子与候选帧；不为“再总结一次”重复调用。每个故事或立意主张链接到帧 ID 或时间段。\r\n4. 联合选择一个 hero 和补足 setup/contrast/turn/payoff 的 support。变化主张必须由两张不同且实际使用的来源帧证明。\r\n5. 竞争 `identity-landmark`、`story-contrast`、`emotional-invitation` 三类概念；先过事实和画面蕴含硬门，再比较传播性。没有候选过门时返回 blocker，不挑“最高的失败者”。\n6. 生成主视觉前先确定**视觉命题**（VisualConcept）：从“决定性瞬间 / 反差对照 / 巨物隐喻 / 入口通道”等张力原型中生成多个候选，用 `Intent（立意/证据）× Tension（传播/张力）` 双轴评分选出唯一命题，并把 `visualThesis / tensionGrammar / heroTreatment / supportTreatment / thumbnailHook` 注入 key-art 生成提示词。双轴不可互相抵消；`faithful` 方向提高 Intent 权重，`hook` 方向提高 Tension 权重。\n7. 对每张入选画面执行元素提取与视觉优化；完成后加一轮 **AI 元素选片**：依据“体现视频内容与立意 + 出圈传播力与视觉张力”决定哪些元素进入最终海报，并给出 `visualRole / placementHint / scaleHint`（落位与尺度建议）。AI 重绘失败时，本地视觉算法必须弹窗授权后才可使用；拒绝则跳过该画面并保留原始入选画面。\n8. 只为 winner 生成无字 key-art。先建立 `hero | setup | transition | support` 元素计划，只允许一个主视觉；把第 6 步的视觉命题作为唯一创作决定执行，同时保留 mustShow/故事节拍事实。非相邻地点必须以明确的编辑性融合表达，禁止伪造真实同地、等权蒙太奇和超大道具。\n9. 把文字作为第二主角独立设计：在同一张无字 key-art 上生成 `reference-led / story-led / wild-card` 三种结构不同的文字系统，展示真实叠字小样并允许用户改选；选中后锁定进入合成。文字必须落在标准化安全矩形内，避开语义保护区，并把横/竖排与显式断行作为可编辑数据。背景生成模型不承担最终中文文字；详见 [references/poster-typography.md](references/poster-typography.md)。\n10. 有参考图时抽取 `ReferenceTypographyDNA`，提高其层级比例、标题轮廓、横直关系、纹理和字图互动的权重；故事或画面冲突时自动降低参考强度。不得复制原片名、独特商业字标或绝对坐标。\n11. 在完整画布、`180×320` 和 `90×160` 下审稿。质量门输出 `decision（pass/repair/human_review/fallback/block）+ issues + repairPlan`：可修复失败先按修复计划局部重生成，再走 `human_review` 或 `block`；依次执行：文字准确 → 故事真实性 → 视觉命题覆盖 → 安全矩形包含/保护区避让 → 关键脸/动作/物件保护 → 缩略图可读 → 标题轮廓与字图关系 → 参考呼应 → 两两审美比较。浏览器、后端 SVG/PNG、Canvas/HTML 必须消费相同的显式断行；位置漂移超阈值时关闭发布门。\n12. 交付可编辑标题/副标题、成品图、完整证据与派生链、失败项和 A/B 学习计划。不得保证“必然出圈”。\n\r\n## 记忆手帐分支\r\n\r\n1. 接收关键帧、可选来源链接、用户意图、手帐类型、风格和 `1–5` 的元素数（默认 1）。`mixed` 至少两枚元素。\r\n2. 逐元素选择 `subject-only | preserve-context | background-only`；一次调用只重绘一个元素并记录范围。直接裁切必须标记为 `crop`。\r\n3. `realistic` 保留身份、人数、姿态、自然光、皮肤/衣料/环境材质、镜头透视和空间关系；拒绝换脸、塑料皮肤、重塑身材、过度 HDR、3D 化和虚构人物。\r\n4. 先规划故事和阅读路径，再写分层文案与排版；用户故事是第一优先事实轴，不用模板鸡汤替换具体事实和结尾。\r\n5. 参考手帐只控制结构。素材通常各用一次；建立一个 hero、3–4 个叙事组、受控叠压和页尾锚点，避免均匀照片墙。\r\n6. 审核人物数量、文字、比例、来源、主题、可编辑性和完整渲染；保存工程、预览、归档、搜索/编辑/删除能力及来源链接。\r\n\r\n## 能力路由与失败处理\r\n\r\n- 视觉理解：`本地/CLI 视觉 → 配置的多模态 API（必须收到像素）→ 文本 API（仅非像素证据）→ 确定性`。模型调用统一经 `ModelGateway` `blade`：沿动作、道路、建筑或视线切入；\r\n- `seal`：作为中央徽记或记忆图形；\r\n- `whisper`：主动小声退让，让脸或场景先说话；\r\n- `weave`：与雨、纸、烟、建筑、人物前后层交织。\r\n\r\n### 3.2 先竞争轮廓，再选字形\r\n\r\n为同一 key-art 产生三种结构真正不同且真实叠加在背景上的标题草案：\r\n\r\n1. `monumental wordmark`：巨大横向/堆叠字标；\r\n2. `editorial restraint`：克制衬线或窄字，在留白中低声叙述；\r\n3. `integrated material title`：书写、残损、撕纸、切割或与画面力线交织；\r\n4. 可选 `wild-card`：只打破一项软规则，说明反差为何增强故事。\r\n\r\n产品中的最小三案为 `reference-led / story-led / wild-card`：参考呼应、故事优先、导演惊喜。系统只能推荐，用户可改选；被选方案的 plan、安全区和显式断行必须锁定进入合成，后续审稿不得偷偷换案。在 64px 黑白剪影中先比较形状是否独特。候选不能只换字体、颜色或上下位置，也不能重复生成三张不同背景来掩盖排版差异。\r\n\r\n### 3.3 字形是语义候选，不是类型模板\r\n\r\n- 书写、笔刷、墨迹：人物命运、历史、东方情绪、身体动势；\r\n- 锐角、切割、宽体字标：青春、竞技、速度、反抗；\r\n- 宋体、衬线、窄高字体：文学、年代、庄重、疏离；\r\n- 粗黑、凝缩、工业字体：城市、犯罪、纪实、科幻；\r\n- 报刊、残损、拼贴：案件、秘密、碎裂记忆、社会纹理；\r\n- Add title/subtitle only afterward as editable website text.\r\n\r\nThe key-art audit must store source frame hashes, frame IDs/timestamps, the element plan, generator/provider, prompt version, reference use, output dimensions, and explicit checks for overlay removal, no readable text, source-only facts, reference non-copying, must-show coverage, story-beat coverage, physical coherence, one focal hierarchy, and thumbnail legibility. A beautiful generic landscape that drops the story transition and a semantically complete but uncanny montage are both failed drafts.\r\n\r\n### 8. Direct and compete editable typography\n\r\nAfter the text-free key-art winner exists, run the independent typography stage in [poster-typography.md](poster-typography.md). Produce a `TypographyBrief`, then render at least three structurally different candidates against the same key-art: monumental wordmark, editorial restraint, and integrated/material title; an optional wild-card may break one soft rule. Candidates must differ in silhouette and type–image relationship, not merely font or color.\r\n\r\nWhen a reference exists, extract `ReferenceTypographyDNA` in the existing reference-analysis call. Transfer hierarchy ratio, title silhouette, orientation, rhythm, texture category, negative-space use, and type–image relationship; never transfer the original text, exact commercial wordmark, logo, or absolute position. Compute effective influence from user strength, story compatibility, canvas compatibility, and renderer capability. Keep accurate title/subtitle as real editable text. Rasterized artistic type is exceptional and requires exact OCR plus an editable fallback layer.\r\n\r\nJudge the full poster and `180×320` / `90×160` previews. Typography errors, missing fonts, bad semantic line breaks, local contrast failure, protected-face/object occlusion, reference text leakage, or cross-render differences close the release gate even when the background is attractive.\r\n\r\n### 9. Run deterministic and adversarial release gates\n\r\nHard-fail when any applicable condition is true:\r\n\r\n- claims lack source evidence or contain unsupported superlatives/numbers;\r\n- medium/high NarrativeBrief exists but core intent coverage is below threshold;\r\n- title and hero have no direct semantic entailment;\r\n- one concept-specific `requiredMustShow` item is absent from the actually placed images, lacks a direct evidence link, occupies less than the starting 5% canvas-area legibility floor, or is cropped/occluded away;\r\n- final title/subtitle promise a concrete visual theme that the actually placed frames do not show; landmarks, mascots, or large events cannot stand in for street/market/tea-house/resident evidence when the copy promises street life or everyday烟火;\r\n- setup/contrast exists but hero and support do not add complementary story information;\r\n- final pixels do not use the selected source hero or a traceable derivative;\r\n- the renderer reports an unreadable/unloaded source asset, even if it still produced a correctly sized poster shell;\r\n- title is missing, clipped, unreadable, or locally low-contrast;\r\n- a cover crop turns giant embedded source-frame text into an obvious partial word or competing headline;\r\n- reference-only text/object/fact leaks into the output;\r\n- AI is disabled or evidence is metadata-only but the result claims semantic approval.\r\n\r\nUnless a calibrated ranking model replaces them, use a `0–100` scale with these conservative starting gates: `storyCoverage < 22`, `titleHeroAlignment < 10`, or `supportComplementarity < 20` fails when a medium/high multimodal NarrativeBrief makes that metric applicable. Every concept-specific `requiredMustShow` item must have non-zero direct visual evidence and must be present in final placement; use per-item `every()`/minimum coverage, never an average that lets one visible item hide a missing one. Element planning and redraw\r\n\r\n### Select subjects\r\n\r\nRank visible candidates by:\r\n\r\n1. relevance to intention;\r\n2. recognizable silhouette;\r\n3. visual clarity;\r\n4. difference from already selected subjects;\r\n5. contribution to hero, support, transition, detail, or ending.\r\n\r\nSelect exactly the requested count. In fixed subject modes, do not pad the set with platform UI, subtitles, watermarks, generic background, or duplicate views of the same subject. In `mixed`, a background region is valid only when it is visually meaningful and intentionally assigned `background-only`.\r\n\r\n### Choose the background mode\r\n\r\nChoose one task-level strategy:\r\n\r\n- `subject-only`: keep the complete subject and remove unrelated scenery. Prefer transparency when supported, otherwise a removable flat background.\r\n- `preserve-context`: keep one clear primary subject together with the visible background needed to understand where it is, what it touches, or how it relates to the scene. Preserve spatial, action, and narrative connections such as a person with the counter they are serving across, a vehicle with the road it is traveling on, or a building with the surrounding riverbank. Remove platform UI and unrelated scenery, but do not flatten the result into an isolated sticker.\r\n- `mixed`: requires at least two elements. Give every element its own mode: `subject-only`, `preserve-context`, or `background-only`. Parse numbered or itemized user intent first; when the user names a mode, the matching output must use it. If no per-element intent exists, distribute at least two useful modes based on the visible story.\r\n\r\n`background-only` is an element-level mode inside `mixed`, not a standalone task option. It keeps a meaningful environment or architecture region and removes foreground people or objects that the user excluded. Do not infer `preserve-context` merely because a source contains a rich background. Use the user's choice; default to `subject-only` when no choice is supplied.\r\n\r\n### Redraw\r\n\r\nUse one visual generation/editing call per planned element when possible. This preserves independent assets and makes later layout editing reliable.\r\n\r\nKeep in every mode:\r\n\r\n- identity-defining contour and colors for subject-bearing elements;\r\n- a complete subject or coherent environment region rather than arbitrary circular crops;\r\n- coherent style across the set;\r\n- the selected background mode on every derived element and archive record.\r\n\r\nFor `realistic`, preserve photographic light direction, skin, fabric, surface texture, lens perspective, identity, people count, pose, and spatial relationships. Limit beautification to restrained composition, exposure, tonal balance, and material clarity. Reject plastic skin, face substitution, body reshaping, aggressive HDR, synthetic 3D surfaces, invented people, or any output whose aesthetic improvement changes visible facts.\r\n\r\nFor `subject-only`, use a transparent background when supported, otherwise a removable flat background. For `preserve-context`, keep the necessary environment as a complete element image and reject results that isolate the subject or lose its visible relationship to the scene. For `background-only`, reject results that keep the excluded foreground subject or replace the requested place with generic scenery.\r\n\r\nKeep the natural canvas orientation of a valid redraw. Portrait, landscape, and square are all acceptable; only crop, pad, or force an aspect ratio when the user explicitly asked for one or the chosen output medium has a declared hard requirement.\r\n\r\nReject outputs that introduce competing subjects, readable fake text, platform logos, frames, mockups, or unrelated scenery. Contextual people or objects may remain only when they visibly participate in the selected subject's relationship. If only cropping is possible, record `generationMode: crop`.\r\n\r\n## 4. Content materials and optional layout reference\r\n\r\n### Approve content materials\r\n\r\nFor automatic composition, let the user choose 1–12 content materials from the current task, canvas, or reusable library. Record stable IDs and provenance before layout. Use only approved materials and do not silently import visually similar items.\r\n\r\n### Isolate the reference\r\n\r\nStore an optional reference journal under `layoutReference`, never inside `elements` or `contentMaterials`. Analyze:\r\n\r\n- composition model and reading path;\r\n- hero placement and relative scale;\r\n- image and text zones;\r\n- whitespace strategy;\r\n- overlap, tape, line, or rhythm relationships;\r\n- abstract paper and palette relationships only when explicitly allowed.\r\n\r\nDo not extract or copy the reference's photographs, people, food, objects, landmarks, brands, readable text, captions, dates, prices, or factual claims. Do not recreate exact coordinates. Convert the analysis into constraints for the user's approved materials.\r\n\r\nRecord both:\r\n\r\n- `focus`: what the user wants to learn from the reference;\r\n- `restrictions`: what must not transfer.\r\n\r\nIf the reference is unavailable to the visual tool, continue with the chosen style profile and disclose that no reference analysis was executed.\r\n\r\n## 5. Story, copy, paper, and layout\r\n\r\n### Story pass\r\n\r\nBefore coordinates, assign:\r\n\r\n- `hero`: the page's first visual answer;\r\n- `support`: evidence or context;\r\n- `transition`: movement between moments;\r\n- `detail`: texture and intimacy;\r\n- `ending`: a quiet return, decision, or next step.\r\n\r\nWith fewer elements, combine roles. With five elements, use all roles only when the content supports them. Define a top-to-bottom, diagonal, S-shaped, timeline, or grid reading path according to the journal type. When a layout reference exists, adapt its abstract reading logic to the current story rather than cloning positions.\r\n\r\nIf the user supplied a story, read it completely before using filenames, inferred scene labels, generic type templates, custom visual instructions, or reference analysis as narrative input. Return:\r\n\r\n- a source marker (`user-story` or `visual-inference`);\r\n- factual-fidelity, narrative-structure, and sentence-selection scores;\r\n- editing notes that explain removal, reordering, and compression;\r\n- retained facts that the final copy may not lose.\r\n\r\nLow scores require editing, not replacement. Preserve key events, people relationships, turns, concrete actions, and the user's closing meaning. Let visual imagination affect rhythm and phrasing without changing facts.\r\n\r\n### Copy pass\r\n\r\nFor rich life records, aim for 6–10 blocks:\r\n\r\n- 30–70 Chinese characters for the opening;\r\n- 18–55 near each important image;\r\n- 55–130 for one reflective paragraph;\r\n- 20–60 for the closing;\r\n- one or two short marginal notes.\r\n\r\nUse fewer blocks for portrait pages and more structured labels for guides. Copy may interpret visible mood and user-provided intention, but must not fabricate personal experience. Use explicit uncertainty such as “画面让人想到” when the meaning is inferred.\r\n\r\nFor each block, optionally select 0–2 highlight phrases that appear verbatim in its text. Prefer real numbers, distances, people counts, achievements, turns, or distinctive original wording. Do not highlight every paragraph.\r\n\r\nDesign typography with the copy rather than after it. Specify font family, size, weight, tracking, leading, alignment, container treatment, and contrast. When “诗与远方” involves mountains, sky, roads, or distance, prefer mist blue, mountain green, warm dawn white, fine route lines, and restrained horizon texture—not food-table remnants.\r\n\r\n### Layout pass\r\n\r\nUse the user's requested ratio or the supplied target/reference render's natural ratio when either is explicit. Otherwise use a mobile-first 3:4 portrait canvas. Never crop a valid target into the default ratio merely for implementation convenience, and never lengthen the page merely because the material count increased. Establish:\r\n\r\n- one large hero;\r\n- 3–4 narrative groups rather than an even card stream;\r\n- two medium supports when assets allow;\r\n- smaller details;\r\n- a lower-page emotional anchor that is visibly larger than nearby details;\r\n- at least 20% breathing room for a life record;\r\n- text attached to the images it explains;\r\n- safe title and footer zones;\r\n- paper or Polaroid frames for most contextual images and roughly 1–3 tape accents;\r\n- purposeful overlap without hiding subjects.\r\n\r\nWhen transparent people are available, enlarge them enough to contribute visual impact and let them bridge adjacent contextual images with roughly 4%–16% coverage. A cutout may connect more than one image only when each lower image remains readable. Never cover a person, essential scenery, or text in a lower image. Keep cutouts unframed and prefer moving a contextual image before moving the main people group during local repair.\r\n\r\nNever place all items at nearly equal size or distribute them evenly into four corners. Never replace an approved content material with an object seen only in the reference.\r\n\r\n### Target reconstruction and layer recovery\r\n\r\nWhen the user asks to open a specific finished effect as an editable journal:\r\n\r\n1. treat the finished image as the initial-render target, not as a recoverable source of hidden pixels;\r\n2. inventory the base, photo cards, cutout people, text/decorations, and expected people count;\r\n3. keep the original source images beside the derived layer assets;\r\n4. create a clean base by removing every independently editable region with the same masks used for the layer assets;\r\n5. assign shared or overlapping pixels to the top visible layer so lower layers do not contain a duplicate person or neighboring card;\r\n6. reconstruct the target from the saved layers and compare it with the finished target before import;\r\n7. store explicit canvas width and height and verify the real editor at desktop and mobile widths;\r\n8. export both a flattened preview and a versioned structured project whose embedded or resolvable assets complete a round trip.\r\n\r\nIf hidden portions cannot be recovered from the finished target, keep the original full source image and mark the placed layer as a visible-region reconstruction. Do not invent hidden faces or people.\r\n\r\n## 6. Multi-pass review\r\n\r\nUse separate calls or roles when available:\r\n\r\n1. **Visual analyst:** candidate subjects and factual observations.\r\n2. **Story director:** roles, sequence, art direction, and copy responsibilities.\r\n3. **Element artist:** independent redraws.\r\n4. **Paper artist:** theme-specific background.\r\n5. **Layout composer:** editable coordinates and render.\r\n6. **Visual critic:** direct inspection of the complete render.\r\n7. **Refiner:** focused correction of failed dimensions.\r\n\r\nScore each dimension from 1–10:\r\n\r\n- story coherence;\r\n- richness and relevance of copy;\r\n- typography: font family, size, weight, tracking, leading, alignment, containers, and contrast;\r\n- visual hierarchy;\r\n- paper-theme fit;\r\n- legibility and whitespace;\r\n- element fidelity;\r\n- factual integrity;\r\n- provenance completeness.\r\n- reference safety and content/reference separation.\r\n- people-count integrity and overlap ownership when people or reconstructed layers are present.\r\n- realistic-material integrity when any element uses `realistic`: natural light and materials survive without identity, anatomy, count, or relationship drift.\r\n\r\nRevise any dimension below 7. Prefer one focused revision and at most two critique cycles unless the user requests deeper exploration. Preserve the latest valid result if a later call fails.\r\n\r\nReject a rendered page that still behaves like a photo wall: a detached title and hero, evenly distributed cards, no cross-layer connection, or no lower-page anchor. When the critique returns a structurally strong revision but deterministic checks find only a small excess overlap or text collision, apply the smallest local movement, run text avoidance, and validate again. Do not discard the entire AI composition for a one-point threshold miss. Use full safe-layout fallback only for missing assets, identity or people-count errors, collapsed hierarchy, unsafe reference transfer, or unresolved structural failure.\r\n\r\nIn `interactive` mode, expose a durable checkpoint after:\r\n\r\n1. reference analysis;\r\n2. story assessment and selected copy;\r\n3. editable layout draft;\r\n4. rendered visual critique.\r\n\r\nEach checkpoint must show the current result, stage summary, warnings, and a stable continuation token or session ID. `approve` advances; `revise` reruns only the current stage with the user's feedback. Preserve completed stages and the latest valid render across timeout or retry.\r\n\r\nSet timeout budgets per expensive structured stage rather than for the whole product flow. Keep visible progress or heartbeats, preserve checkpoints, and distinguish a still-running model from a failed process. A longer limit can solve valid slow inference; it cannot repair authentication failure, unreadable assets, schema-invalid output, or a hung process.\r\n\r\n## 7. Journal and collection management\r\n\r\nKeep the rendered preview and editable journal record together. Support:\r\n\r\n1. browse with faithful thumbnails;\r\n2. full-text search across title, subtitle, place, date, tags, artistic copy, story nodes, and element descriptions;\r\n3. type filters plus clear “all” and “unclassified” states;\r\n4. sorting by recent/oldest update, title, or content count;\r\n5. quick edit of title, subtitle, place, date, tags, and journal type;\r\n6. reopen for full image, text, layout, and source-link editing;\r\n7. import a portable structured journal as a new stable record without overwriting the current collection item;\r\n8. export editable structure with embedded or resolvable assets so it can complete a round trip;\r\n9. import a flattened image only as one editable visual or a background, with a visible explanation that its original layers cannot be recovered;\r\n10. explicit single and bulk deletion.\r\n\r\nBefore accepting a structured import, validate schema version, field bounds, image protocols, source-link protocols, element counts, explicit canvas width/height, canvas bounds, and per-asset size limits. Persist embedded assets before saving the journal record; do not store temporary `blob:` URLs. Generate a new journal ID on user-initiated import, retain original provenance separately, and leave source links empty when they were not supplied.\r\n\r\nFor deletion:\r\n\r\n- resolve stable IDs, not visible indexes;\r\n- preview or state the number of selected records;\r\n- require confirmation immediately before mutation;\r\n- remove journal records and stale archive links;\r\n- remove archived JSON, snapshots, and backgrounds only when no surviving journal references them;\r\n- keep unrelated source frames and derived elements unless explicitly selected;\r\n- record deleted IDs and failures;\r\n- use tombstones or equivalent suppression when automatic backfill could recreate intentionally deleted records.\r\n\r\nApply the same trust model to library and memory collections: text edits should refresh searchable content, and batch deletion should affect only explicit selections.\r\n\r\n## 8. Archive, recall, and return\r\n\r\nArchive a portable manifest beside the rendered result.
