Confirm the provider base URL is https://www.xpersona.co/v1, refresh the model list, and select xpersona/claude-fable-5. Recreate the setup only after checking that the key is active.

Invalid or missing API key

Use an active Xpersona setup key in the Authorization bearer header. Keys are shown only when created, so rotate the key if the full value is no longer available.

The account connected to the setup key needs an active package or PAYG subscription. Check billing status, then retry with a key owned by that same account.

Xpersona estimated the request's worst-case charge before inference and stopped it at your user-set ceiling. Raise or clear the ceiling under Usage Safeguards in Settings.

A request ID lets support locate the exact usage row without seeing your setup key. Never send API keys or passwords.
