## 安装方式

### 已经有OpenClaw的用户（1分钟）

技能安装后自动激活，直接在飞书里跟AI说话就行：

- 「有什么新理赔案子？」
- 「哪些不需要凭证？」
- 「怎么申请Google那个？」
- 「理赔全部」

如果你想让AI每天定时推送新案件，需要在OpenClaw后台手动配置定时任务（具体方式取决于你的OpenClaw版本，可在QQ群里问）。

> **网络说明**：本技能会连接 api.ilang.ai 获取理赔数据（只读GET请求，不上传任何用户数据）。首次激活时会请求用户确认。

### 还没有OpenClaw的用户（从零开始）

#### 第一步：买一台云电脑（3分钟）

1. 打开腾讯云轻量应用服务器：https://curl.qcloud.com/ITdTaJFc
2. 选择99元/年的入门配置（够用了）
3. 关键：在「镜像」那里选「应用镜像」，找到「OpenClaw」，点它
4. 地域选海外（推荐硅谷或新加坡，因为需要访问美国理赔网站）
5. 支付宝或微信付款，等1分钟服务器就创建好了
6. 在腾讯云控制台看到「运行中」就OK了

#### 第二步：连飞书（2分钟）

1. 手机装好飞书App（应用商店搜「飞书」）
2. 打开浏览器，输入你的服务器IP地址，进入OpenClaw后台
3. 后台里会有一个二维码，打开飞书扫一下
4. 飞书上出现一个AI助手，发一句「你好」，AI回复了就说明连通了

#### 第三步：注册DeepSeek拿AI密码（3分钟）

1. 打开 https://platform.deepseek.com
2. 手机号注册
3. 充值10元（微信/支付宝都行，够用很久）
4. 左边菜单找到「API Keys」
5. 点「创建」，会出来一串 sk- 开头的字符
6. 这串字符只显示一次，立刻复制保存到备忘录
7. 回到OpenClaw后台，找到模型设置，把这串字符粘贴进去，保存

> **安全提醒**：API Key（sk-开头的字符串）是绑定你付费账户的密钥。不要分享给任何人，不要发到群里或聊天中。如果怀疑泄露，立即到 platform.deepseek.com 重新生成。

#### 第四步：开始用

安装完技能后，直接在飞书里跟AI说：

- 「有什么新理赔案子？」 - 看最新的理赔
- 「加拿大有什么理赔？」 - 按国家查询
- 「哪些不需要凭证？」 - 看不用购物小票就能申请的
- 「怎么申请Google那个？」 - 看具体某个案件的申请步骤
- 「理赔全部」 - 看所有开放案件

## 常见问题

问：我人不在美国能申请吗？
答：部分可以。数据泄露类的案件（比如Fidelity、Comcast），只要你的数据被泄露了就行，不管你人在哪。但需要美国地址（转运地址也行）和美区PayPal收款。

问：申请后多久能拿到钱？
答：通常3到12个月。填完表就忘掉它，钱到了会通知你。

问：这是合法的吗？
答：完全合法。这是法院判决的赔偿金，你有权领取。但只能申请你确实符合条件的案件，虚假申请是联邦犯罪。

问：数据准确吗？
答：数据直接从三大理赔平台抓取，每天更新。但最终以官方理赔网站为准，AI只是帮你汇总和翻译。

问：免费吗？
答：这个技能免费。云电脑99元/年，DeepSeek充10元起。除此之外没有任何费用。

问：定时推送怎么配？
答：本技能是被动查询工具，不支持推送。如需每日自动推送，请安装 freemoney-plugin（OpenClaw插件版）。
