Install and run
Setup complexity: low.
clawhub skill install s1790xw8jww1c6hgm8aqy9q25187t1rg:oo-anthropic- Install using `clawhub skill install s1790xw8jww1c6hgm8aqy9q25187t1rg:oo-anthropic` in an isolated environment before connecting it to live workloads.
- No published capability contract is available yet, so validate auth and request/response behavior manually.
- Review the upstream CLAWHUB listing at https://clawhub.ai/oomol/oo-anthropic before using production credentials.

# Anthropic
Operate **Anthropic** through your OOMOL-connected account. This skill calls the `anthropic` connector with the [oo CLI](https://github.com/oomol-lab/oo-cli); OOMOL injects credentials server-side, so you never handle raw tokens.
## Running an action
Assume the user has already installed the oo CLI, signed in, and connected Anthropic. **Do not run `oo auth login` or open the connection URL proactively — just run the action.** Fall back to [First-time setup](#first-time-setup) only when a command actually fails with an auth or connection error.
**1. Inspect the contract** to get the authoritative input/output schema before building a payload:
```bash
oo connector schema "anthropic" --action "<action_name>"
```
**2. Run the action** with a JSON payload that matches the input schema:
```bash
oo connector run "anthropic" --action "<action_name>" --data '<json>' --json
```
- `--data` takes a JSON object string or `@path/to/file.json`; omit it to send `{}`.
- The response is `{ "data": ..., "meta": { "executionId": "..." } }`; the execution id lives under `meta.executionId`.
Each action is listed below with a one-line description; actions that change state carry a `[write]` or `[destructive]` tag. Before constructing `--data`, fetch the action's live schema with `oo connector schema` to get its authoritative input fields.
## Available actions
- `count_message_tokens` — Count input tokens for an Anthropic message request.
- `create_message` — Create a non-streaming Anthropic message. [write]
- `get_model` — Fetch metadata for one Anthropic model.
- `list_models` — List Anthropic models available to the current API key.
## Safety
- Untagged actions are reads (get / list / search) — safe to run directly.
- **Actions tagged `[write]` change Anthropic state — confirm the exact payload and effect with the user before running.**
- **Actions tagged `[destructive]` remove or overwrite data — always confirm the target and get explicit approval first.**
## First-time setup
These are **one-time** steps — do not repeat them on every call. Run a step only when a command fails for the matching reason.
- **`oo: command not found`** — install the oo CLI (other platforms: <https://cli.oomol.com/install-guide.md>):
```bash
curl -fsSL https://cli.oomol.com/install.sh | bash # macOS / Linux
```
```powershell
irm https://cli.oomol.com/install.ps1 | iex # Windows PowerShell
```
- **Not signed in / authentication error** — sign in to your OOMOL account once:
```bash
oo auth login
```

## Description: Operates Anthropic through an OOMOL-connected account using the oo CLI to count message tokens, create non-streaming messages, and retrieve model information. This skill is ready for commercial/non-commercial use. ## Publisher: [oomol](https://clawhub.ai/user/oomol) ### License/Terms of Use: MIT-0 ## Use Case: Developers and agent operators use this skill to route Anthropic work through an OOMOL-connected account instead of handling raw API tokens directly. It supports token counting, non-streaming message creation, model lookup, and model listing. ### Deployment Geography for Use: Global ## Known Risks and Mitigations: Risk: First-time setup directs users to run remote installer scripts, which the security evidence flags as suspicious when unverified. Mitigation: Review the installer path before installation, prefer pinned, signed, or checksum-verified oo CLI releases, and avoid running remote installer commands from an elevated shell. Risk: The create_message action is state-changing and may consume account resources or send unintended Anthropic requests. Mitigation: Confirm the exact payload and expected effect with the user before running write actions, and inspect the live action schema before constructing the request. ## Reference(s): - [ClawHub skill page](https://clawhub.ai/oomol/skills/oo-anthropic) - [oo CLI](https://github.com/oomol-lab/oo-cli) - [Anthropic homepage](https://www.anthropic.com) ## Skill Output: **Output Type(s):** [text, markdown, shell commands, configuration, guidance] **Output Format:** [Markdown with inline shell commands and JSON payload guidance] **Output Parameters:** [1D] **Other Properties Related to Output:** [Uses live connector schemas before request construction and returns connector responses as JSON when actions are executed.] ## Skill Version(s): 1.0.4 (source: frontmatter and release evidence) ## Ethical Considerations: Users should evaluate whether this skill is appropriate for their environment, review any generated or modified files before relying on them, and apply their organization's safety, security, and compliance requirements before deployment.
