## Dust Storm Protocol
If an upstream API fails, FarmDash returns a typed error or a previously
validated stale response with a `warnings` array containing
`{ kind: "dust_storm", message: "..." }`. Missing data remains unknown
rather than being converted into a synthetic zero.

## x402 Payment Wall
When free-tier limits are exceeded, responses include `X-Payment-*` headers
describing a one-off USDC payment on Base that unlocks the current request.
