# Hotspot Topic Scout
本 Skill 从两个渠道采集素材，内外结合：
- **内部信号**：用户手机上的消息通知（内容平台推送、行业群聊、团队讨论、粉丝反馈）
- **外部热点**：联网搜索行业最新动态、对标博主近期内容、赛道热点话题（Hermes 内置 `web_search`，OpenClaw `byted-web-search`，均不可用时 `rss-content-flow` 兜底）
用户通过安装弹窗设置三类关注维度：
- 关注谁：对标博主、同行账号、竞品创作者、品牌账号或用户明确关注的内容源。
- 关注什么事：账号赛道、内容定位、受众画像、行业关键词（模型、产品、平台、公司、技术方向、消费趋势、政策事件等）。
- 关注哪些群和应用：监控的信息源平台和群，如小红书、B 站、即刻、公众号、微信行业群、创作者群、团队内部讨论群。
不要把以下内容当作热点输出：
- 纯娱乐八卦、穿搭、综艺、明星相关内容
- 与用户主赛道弱相关的泛流量话题
- 同群灌水、无实质信息的回复
- 家庭、快递、外卖、促销类通知
## 工作流程
### 阶段一：采集内部信号
1. 查询指定时间范围的通知，使用 exec 执行：
若用户未提供对应时间则查询昨天至当前时间的通知：

2. 只要任务涉及"昨天""最近""刚刚""最新通知"，都必须重新查询，不复用旧结果。
3. 读取用户设置的关注谁、关注什么事、关注哪些群和应用；如果用户没有提供，则从当前请求和通知上下文中推断最可能的筛选方向。
4. 从通知中筛出内容平台推送、创作者相关群聊、对标博主动态、行业关键词命中的内容和粉丝反馈。
5. 提取内部信号中的关键线索：团队讨论的选题方向、群里转发的行业事件、粉丝集中提问或催更、对标博主被提及的动态。
### 阶段二：联网搜索外部热点
基于内部信号和用户配置补充外部热点：
- Hermes：使用内置的 `web_search` 工具
- OpenClaw：使用 `byted-web-search`（火山引擎联网搜索）
- 以上方式均不可用时，使用 `rss-content-flow` 从预配置 RSS 源抓取内容作为兜底
搜索策略：
- 从「关注什么事」中提取 3-5 组行业关键词，逐组搜索
- 从「关注谁」中提取对标博主/竞品名称，搜索其近期动态
- 如果内部信号中出现了高频话题但信息不完整，针对该话题补搜，获取完整背景
- 搜索词加上当天日期，如 `{关键词} {M月D日}`，优先抓取当日和近 48 小时内的内容
- 总搜索次数不超过 10 次
搜索结果筛选：
- 优先保留：行业媒体、内容平台官方动态、对标博主公开内容、权威数据报告
- 优先丢弃：软文广告、SEO 内容、与用户赛道无关的泛资讯
### 阶段三：合并整理与输出
6. 将内部信号和外部搜索结果合并，识别候选素材：新模型发布、行业趋势、平台风向、争议事件、同行评测、爆款内容、竞品动作、团队主动关注点、粉丝集中提问或催更。
7. 将同一事件、同一竞品动作或同类粉丝需求合并，避免重复罗列。内外部来源提及同一事件时，合并为一条并标注"内部+外部"双重信号。
8. 将素材归入四类：
- 选题灵感：可转成用户账号内容的热点、趋势、争议、经验或问题。
- 爆款参考：标题、封面、结构、表达方式、互动机制或数据表现值得借鉴的内容。
- 竞品动态：「关注谁」中的对标博主、同行账号、竞品品牌的发布、选题、风格、动作变化。
- 粉丝需求：评论、私信、社群或团队转述中反复出现的问题、催更、反馈和内容诉求。
9. 对每个素材评估三个维度：
- 热度：提及来源数量和来源质量（内外部同时提及 > 仅外部 > 仅内部）
- 定位相关度：与「关注什么事」中的内容定位和行业关键词的贴合程度
- 时效性：是否适合今天或未来 48 小时内跟进
10. 每个板块都可以输出多条素材，按星级和推荐价值排序；不要默认每类只输出 1 条。
11. 输出推荐优先级，并给出切入角度、内容形式和必要提醒。
12. 如果数据稀薄、没有足够可用素材，输出兜底文案，不强行编造选题。

输出为会话文本，不生成文件。默认结构：
