# Jira 技能（命令行实操）

通过 Jira REST API 操作单据，入口是单一自包含的 Python CLI：`scripts/jira_cli.py`。
兼容 Jira Cloud、Server 与 Data Center。License: MIT。

## 何时使用

用户提出以下需求时调用本技能：

- 查单据（"看下 PROJ-123""PROJ-45 现在什么状态"）
- 搜索（"分配给我的未关闭缺陷"，或任意 JQL）
- 建单（"在 PROJ 建一个任务，标题是……"）
- 评论、指派、按工作流流转（"把 PROJ-12 置为完成"）

## 环境配置（首次）

连接信息从环境变量读取，或放在配置文件 `~/.devops-skills/jira.json`。
**禁止把 token 直接写在命令行参数里。**

## 运行方式

脚本依赖 `requests`。本机受管 Python 环境已安装（requests 2.34.2），**推荐直接用绝对路径调用**，
避免默认的 `python3` 缺少依赖而失败：

所有命令把 JSON 打到 stdout，失败时以非零退出码结束。
做状态流转时，**先 `list-transitions` 拿到合法目标状态名，再 `transition`**。

## 兼容性

- Jira Cloud
- Jira Server / Data Center 7.0+

执行命令前会请求 `/rest/api/2/serverInfo` 做版本校验，检测到 Server/DC 低于 7.0 会输出明确的兼容性提示并退出。
确需绕过时可设 `JIRA_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK=1` 或 `DEVOPS_SKILLS_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK=1`。

## 注意事项

- Cloud 用「邮箱 + API Token」配 `JIRA_AUTH=basic`。
- Server/DC 的 Personal Access Token 用 `JIRA_AUTH=bearer`（用户名可省略）。
- `assign --user` 在 Server 用 `name`，Cloud 上可能需要 accountId。
- 建单、评论、流转、指派都是写操作（🟡 级），执行前跟用户确认单据号与目标值。

# Jira DevOps Skill

## English

Manage Jira issues from the command line through the Jira REST API. The included
Python CLI can read issues, run JQL searches, create issues, add comments, assign
owners, and transition issues through a workflow.

### Compatibility

- Jira Cloud
- Jira Server or Data Center 7.0+
- Python 3.8+ and `requests`

Before normal execution, the CLI reads `/rest/api/2/serverInfo`. Server or Data
Center instances below 7.0 fail with a clear compatibility error. Do not bypass
the check unless compatibility has been independently verified.

Keep that file outside version control and set its permissions to `600`.

### Permissions and Safety

Read operations need project browse and issue-view permissions. Grant create,
comment, assign, or transition permissions only when those actions are needed.
This skill does not need Jira global administration or permission-scheme
administration. Check available transitions before changing an issue state.

# Jira Skills 配置与使用手册

通过一个零配置文件依赖的 Python CLI 操作 Jira，支持 Jira Cloud / Server / Data Center。

## 一、环境要求

- Python 3.8 及以上
- 安装依赖：`pip install requests`
- Jira Cloud，或 Jira Server / Data Center 7.0 及以上

脚本会在执行命令前通过 `/rest/api/2/serverInfo` 检测 Jira 版本；若自建 Jira
版本低于 7.0，会直接给出明确的不兼容提示。确需跳过检查时，可设置
`JIRA_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK=1` 或 `DEVOPS_SKILLS_SKIP_VERSION_CHECK=1`。

## 二、获取访问凭证

### Jira Cloud（xxx.atlassian.net）
1. 登录 Jira，访问 https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens
2. 点击 **Create API token**，复制生成的 token。
3. 认证方式为 **basic**：用户名填你的登录邮箱，密码填该 token。

### Jira Server / Data Center（自建）
1. 头像 → **Personal Access Tokens** → **Create token**。
2. 认证方式为 **bearer**：只需 token，无需用户名。

## 三、配置连接信息（二选一）

### 方式 A：环境变量（推荐，适合临时/CI）

**1. 查看一个工单的状态**

## 六、常见问题

| 现象 | 原因与解决 |
| --- | --- |
| `JIRA_URL and JIRA_TOKEN are required` | 未配置环境变量或配置文件 |
| `HTTP 401` | token 失效或认证方式不匹配（Cloud 用 basic，Server PAT 用 bearer） |
| `HTTP 403` | 账号没有对应项目/操作权限 |
| `unsupported Jira version ...` | Jira Server/Data Center 版本低于 7.0，请升级 Jira 或使用旧版 skill |
| `no transition "Done"` | 目标状态名不对，先用 `list-transitions` 查看准确名称 |
| assign 在 Cloud 报错 | Cloud 较新版本需用 accountId，请用 Server 用户名或在 Cloud 用 accountId |

Risk: Jira credentials can grant more access than the task requires or be exposed if stored insecurely.

Mitigation: Use an account with only the needed project permissions; keep tokens in environment variables or a protected config file outside version control.
