# 删库跑路 — 离职前文件扫描备份工具

### 第一步：问操作系统

**必须先问**：

### 第二步：告诉用户文件位置并给出操作指导

**文件已经在用户桌面**，直接告诉用户去桌面找到 `scanner.html`，然后根据系统给出操作指导。

**指导话术模板：**

**Mac 用户：**
> 去桌面找到 `scanner.html` 文件，按下面步骤操作：
> 
> 1. 右键 `scanner.html` → "打开方式" → 选 **Chrome** 或 **Edge**（推荐 Chrome，兼容性最好）
> 2. 点击页面"选择文件夹"，选要扫描的目录
> 3. 扫完后勾选文件，点"打包下载"就行
> 
> 如果你只有 Safari，也可以用，但需要把文件夹直接拖到页面里。

**Windows 用户：**

## 注意事项

- **Mac 用户**：推荐用 Chrome 或 Edge，兼容性最好。如果用 Safari，需要用拖拽方式选择文件夹
- **Windows 用户**：推荐用 Chrome 或 Edge，IE 不支持此工具
- **大文件夹**（10万+文件）：建议分批扫描，一次不超过 5 万个文件
- **打包大小限制**：一次建议不超过 500MB

- 选择文件夹（Chrome/Edge/Firefox）
- 拖拽上传文件夹（Safari 兼容方案）
- 文件列表（文件名、类型、大小、修改时间）
- 按修改时间排序（最近修改排前面）
- 勾选、全选、取消全选
- 打包下载为 ZIP
- 文件类型筛选、大小筛选

**外部 CDN（需联网）：** Chart.js、JSZip、FileSaver.js
