Skill hot-reload : filesystem watcher on skill directories emits skills.changed events via WebSocket when SKILL.md files change. Typed tool sources : ToolSource enum ( Builtin / Mcp { server } ) replaces string-prefix identification of MCP tools in the tool registry.
