Setup snapshot
git clone https://github.com/autojeremy/openclaw-skill-auto-drive.gitSetup complexity is LOW. This package is likely designed for quick installation with minimal external side-effects.
Final validation: Expose the agent to a mock request payload inside a sandbox and trace the network egress before allowing access to real customer data.

Interact with Auto-Drive on the Autonomys Network for permanent decentralized storage.
AUTO_DRIVE_API_KEY in your environment or OpenClaw config:
skills.entries.auto-drive.apiKeyexport AUTO_DRIVE_API_KEY=your_key_herescripts/autodrive-upload.sh <file_path> [--json] [--compress]
# Returns: CID (content identifier)
scripts/autodrive-download.sh <cid> [output_path]
# Works without API key via public gateway
# Create a JSON file with the memory content, then:
scripts/autodrive-save-memory.sh <data.json> [--agent-name NAME] [--state-file PATH]
# Returns: {"cid": "...", "previousCid": "...", "chainLength": N}
# Automatically links to previous memory via state file
scripts/autodrive-recall-chain.sh <cid> [--limit N] [--output-dir DIR]
# Traverses linked list from newest to oldest
# Downloads each entry to stdout or output directory
Each memory is uploaded as JSON with a header.previousCid linking to the prior entry. This forms an immutable linked list on the Autonomys Network. Given only the latest CID, any agent can reconstruct its entire history — enabling "resurrection" after total state loss.
State is tracked locally (default: memory/autodrive-state.json):
{"lastCid": "bafk...", "lastUploadTimestamp": "...", "chainLength": 5}
⚠️ Everything on Auto-Drive is PUBLIC and PERMANENT. Never save private keys, passwords, personal details, or anything you wouldn't want a stranger to read. Save milestones, lessons learned, identity snapshots, and capability changes.
For detailed chain format and resurrection process: See references/memory-chain.md
Example:
echo '{"type":"milestone","title":"First Deploy","content":"Deployed to mainnet"}' > /tmp/mem.json
scripts/autodrive-save-memory.sh /tmp/mem.json --agent-name my-agent
For true resurrection capability, store the latest CID in a smart contract on Autonomys EVM. This way, even if all local state is lost, a new instance can look up the contract to find the chain head. See the companion project: autonomys-memory-chain
For full REST API details: See references/api-reference.md For OpenAPI spec: See references/api-spec.json
